The corporate world cuts back on employees. Keeping only the brightest productive talent. How productive are employees. Is working overtime everyday the metric? Every sports game doesnt have overtime. Collegiate athletes receive fill tuition scholarship to sit/stand on the side lines for four years. Yet, scholarships are not reduced for their low or none metrics of never playing a game. And they want to pay collegiate athletes. Even those that never play a minute. A lot players sit on the side line getting paid over $100,000 dollars in sports. May never sweat in their uniform. Will receive a championship ring and never play a minute their entire 4 years. Yet, the business corporate world goes by metrics of performance. Is every employee averaging double doubles. Can they perform at that lever their entire career?
