Good old Wayne boy in Glew v Frank Jasper Pty ltd you allowed Solomons to change the statement of claim eight times during the case , the last time after you had closed the case. How does that work and how do you defend something after it has been heard? and when your friend Mark Blundel from Solomons put an affidavit to the court alledging that I had spoken to him on a certain day and made several statements I showed you the Transperth bus ticket that showed that he was lying to the court because I was travelling back to Geraldton and could not make calls from the bus. Nice what did you do to your friend Wayney, ah look just put it in the bin mark,costs in the cause is it. Why didnt you have him charged with lying to your court and what about my costs.good one Wayney you messed up that one and lets see you put all of my patents together. That is because you gave yourself the right to change International Patent laws for the conveniance of your mates case. Nice one..a patent is issued on the fact that it is new and novel, what that means it has a new and novel step that is patentable. Messed up again huh. And what about when I revealed that Jay Jasper had sent an email to several people with your decision in it almost verbatim. What did you do about that when you didnt hand down your decision until two months later, huh another blunder. What about the change to the transcript Wayney that when I revealed that to you you said I was delusional. I have a recording of the original transcript done by friends and have since obtained two other sections of the same testimony , huh and guess what they are all different and they are of the same section of the same testamony. What about that why didnt you do something about that. And then you let Blundel reinstate my company with one of your registrars. But that is when you committed a real doozy mate because they wernt creditors of my company and that was the only way that they could reinstate my company. At the end of the case you ordered my company to be liquidated and that was your first fatal mistake you total looser because Jasper stole my company with the help of your friend Mark Blundel. That means any penalty belongs to them. My company was liquidated and lawfully shut down on the seventh of January two thousand eleven. Way over one year before you handed down your last deceptive decision.your big problem is that on the 21st of June 2012 you stated that you hadnt sworn an oath of alleigeance because you didnt have to...yeah right yes you did have to, chapter two of the Commonwealth Constitution states that you do and so does the Letters Patent putting in place the office of governor for the state of Western Australia issued on the 29th of October 1900 by Queen Victoria so you see you had no right to sit in our court or make any decisions. That means what you did was fraud and as you know fraud vitiates everything, that is a maxim of law. The case was a non event and any person that tryes to touch my property will pay dearly for their actions.
