The county governor, Garisaa and his government by accessment have failed to discharged mandate bestowed upon them by the electrote in most instances so far they have gone outside their stipulated mandate and atributs. Impunity is the practised order of the day. Corruption, neopotism, ethnicity and favourismn is rampant in recruitment of county personel, tender and contructs are awarded in total violation to the procurement act to relatives, clan affliate, friend and associates. The governor is total un- accesable to the ordinary citizenry so are the cs and the chief officers. A look at the consyructed murran roads that cris-cross the entire Garissa township are a shoddy poor craftmanship piece of work, as a matter of fact the hitherto existing all weather roads were far better off. Now the acting county secretary is a green horn, single source personal staff of nathif who happens to be his cousin. Nathif is telling us that from this month he shall offer a stipent of 3,000/ a month to those who are above 65 yrs. Not a bad idea if the benificiery shall be the very vulnarable to which i doubt going by nathifs past practices, . Nathif has lost grasp of managing this county to his cousin museveni the defactor shadow governor. For us who knew musevenis ill experience and bad work practices that made him earn repremands, displinary.actions and regular tranfers from one local authority to another, what we are witnessing is a disaster of mangement in the making. Dont be a fence sitter make an object now, say no to the irregular appointment of museveni and likes for we have many a dogs in the manger in G county gvt. Nathif has total failed. We have legal constitutional provision of booting hom out. Let us at least built a starting point. Garissa county belongs to all of us and not to a small click who believe that it is the time to loot.
