The courts in Malawi are supposed to be MOVED to act. Unfortunately it is the rich and the powerful that move the courts. That is why our justice system is quite elitist. Hardcore criminals and political thieves get bail and their files disappear while my uncle rots in cell for a minor office like stealing Dowe or bakha. My next President must deal with this and reform the judicial system so that it catters for everyone, rich or poor, educated or illiterate!
