The coutndown has started today for the Terrier-Improved Malemute suborbital sounding rocket carrying the SubTec-6 payload. Launch is targeted for 4:35:30 a.m. EDT. Horizontal payload check have been completed. The first balloons have been flown for mid and upper altitudes and show that winds are green at this time for launch. Rocket is being raised into the vertical position. Vertical payloads checks are next.
