The criminal Justice system is broken and needs to be fixed. At Marion County Jail you cannot visit in person you must do so by video, and that includes those who have not been convicted of any crime. Yet in Florida Prisons once on the visitation list you can visit any convicted inmate one -to 0ne evry weekend and holiday. Why is that? Secondly YOUR guilty till proven Innocent, a child can say they have been touched without any physical evidence and destroy yours and people who care about yous lives, in a heartbeat. Once arrestted your screwed, glued and tattooed. My Son was just convicted of a 2nd degree felony with NO Physical evidence, only His daugthers word things happened and her Daddys word they did not. Even before the trial, His name was removed from the Birth Certificate, and he spent 30 days in jail till bond was set and matched, thousands of $$$ for the attornies, and awaited 20 months for the trial from date of arrest, and because of nature of alledged crime inpossible to find work for just shy of two years. All based on the lie of a 12 year old girl, who thought her princess status had been changed to cinderella, once her two brothers got to ages where dad spent most of his time with them and the Mom had found a new love, while attending Band fucntions as chaperones with Charles Adolph. Not to mention the wife who divorce my son father was a closet drug addict and male to male relationships when his wife was not looking. with two Lewd and Lacivious convictions that info was withheld from the trial as not pertaining to charges. My Son loved all his children till this started, and now is again in jail. while the rest of us sit in shock. I WARN ALL MALES IN FLORIDA BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
