The criminally under-attended Night Committee are releasing an album next Saturday and Im not just saying this because were playing their release party...its an absolutely stellar album that I think deserves your ears. Like one for the ages kind of great. I think this song, which opens the album and clocks in at 7:01, is perfect. Everything about it. Every time another battle of the bands pops up, or another click bait scheme preying on the hard work and hard-earned credibility of musicians gets linked to, or free or even pay-for-it showcase opportunity gets offered, or heartbreaking tale from the granting gods gets told, I know, at least, that the good folks have one hell of an anthem.
