The cross country finals are in the books and we have no shortage of all-state runners. Deckervilles Kendra Colesa repeated as an all-state runner, finishing fourth (19:12.4) at the Division 4 race. USAs Leah DeSimpelare became a two-time all-state runner, placing 16th (19:49.6). The Patriots were 10th as a team, while Ubly was 19th. Division 4 boys Deckerville senior Daniel Ridley ends his career as a two-time all-state runner, finishing seventh (16:52.4). Harbor Beach junior Luke Anderson placed 13th (16:58.2) and Ubly junior Adam Grifka was 17th (17:00.0). Deckerville was eighth as a team.
