The customer is always right. Pizza Hut in Manteca doesnt think so. I ordered delivery at 6 PM, logged into my account with them that Ive had for like 5 years, changed the delivery address and waited for my pizza. In the last five years they have called to confirm my order once... the very first time I set up the account. So 8 PM comes around and no pizzas. I call and the manager says her receipt that printed said I was a first time customer and since I didnt answer the phone, they cancelled my order I was waiting on with my 9 kids in the house (was babysitting for my mother in law as well as my 7 kids). The lady was VERY argumentative, and when I asked for a supervisor or manager with some kind of people skills, she said she was the manager. Thats when I yelled at her. I told her I was NOT a new customer, and I would be willing to bring my account history in for the last 5 years showing I have spend over a thousand dollars at their store. I told her I used the same account, same contact number that she saw fit to call after all these years, same credit card number and all of the sudden Im a new customer because I change my address to ACROSS THE STREET in the system. I told her I would be there to pick it up, and when she calls I will tell her I am a first time customer, so I called to confirm my order, and when I couldnt get through I considered it cancelled, and if they charge my card I will turn them in to my credit card company for product not received. I went to Jack in the Box instead.
