The cycle is already shifting. The smell of autumn is creeping in. The echo of sound becoming hollow as the ground begins to withdraw into its slumber. Plants and flowers begining to go over. Time to let go of what no longer serves us on our path. Permission from the earth to follow her cycle and follow her lead. To cut back the old , weak and dying parts of life so that we can grow stronger next cycle. Time to rest and give to the self. Just love this time of this time of fall. It feels like comfortable slippers on a cold night as you pull the blanket tightly around you. Enjoy the change in the season. )0(- © Phiona Hutton
