The daily rant! Well today was my first official day on the floor. Now most of you that know me, know that i have been a waitress/ server for many many too many years now. I love my job do not get me wrong. I love the idea i can be the smiling face of the delicious meal your about to enjoy! But then sometimes its a huge pain in the ass. My rant is this. If you are going to bring your family into my work to have a meal just respect the workers that taking time to go above and beyond to make your experience the best one ever. Do not let your kids take the crayons and then write all over my booths and tables! Yes the little girl was adorable. Even her house was well drawn. I could make out her mom, dad, sister and even the dog. But what i could stand was the hour and 1/2 it took with and SOS pad to clean off that table and booth!!! I guess it just my luck right? I have the next 2 days off! Thank god. I can recoup and then go back at it all over again!
