Strategy profile: Learner centered Learning style categorization Tribe selection process: Learners will be asked at the start of the day, to choose which groups of materials appeal to them. They will belong to the respective tribe for the duration of the shift. Tribe growth: Day 1-5 Notebooks and pens Headsets Tokens Day 6-10 Tribe specific: Learner guides - will recap at the start of the day headsets - may choose to sit wherever they wish, without interfering with other tribes activities and materials. Will provide feedback about topics at the end of the day. Unhindered PC access - will volunteer for demonstration activities and help other tribes during skill building Day 10-15 Tribe challenges Written assessments Oral reports Skit that tackles all of the topics touched in written assessments and oral reports.
