The day has come!! Saige got her CT scan at noon and she is back getting her MRI right now. Im so happy its (almost) over! Im so ready for some results and to get onto the next stage! Can I just say that I am so incredibly blessed to have such an amazing little girl?! Although shes deaf, shes just deaf! Being here at Childrens hospital makes me extra emotional. There are so many children here that will never walk, will never be able to talk, may only live a short time, or kids who need treatment for cancer and other illnesses. My heart goes out to all the mommas and daddys who have to come to Childrens for a variety reasons. Ok, I gotta stop, Im crying again. I just love kids and I wish I could take all their pain away. The nurse that was helping us said I could call the Dr. Next week to ask for results. We dont meet Saiges surgeon until May 9th and frankly I need to know. Im so impatient and I feel like Ive been waiting forever for these results. So please, everyone say a little prayer or have a little thought for Saige in hopes of great news next week!! I cant wait for her to be done with the MRI, I just wanna give her the biggest squeeze (hug of course)! I love being her mama!!!
