The day in #thefitnest is far from over despite yesterday never officially ending. We have lots of exciting new services, promos and announcements to make over the next 24 hours. Before doing that, however, we wanted to take a moment to give a virtual fist bump to everyone that trained in person or stream today. One of those in-persons sessions was none other than todays 365 annihilation session. Did we lie? Was it not completely draining? There were moments only 20 minutes into the session that youd hear a few voices over the grunts and heavy breathing say what!? Were not finished this is just how demanding todays session was for every single body-part not to mention those plyo sections. In the end all 15 who stepped up to the challenge pushed through the moments when they felt they could give no more and proclaimed that 2015 would be theirs! Congratulations to absolutely everyone here in the west and clients all over the globe. You truly make fitness blissful and continue to inspire so many around you.
