The day is near as Campbell will make his way to Christchurch this - TopicsExpress

The day is near as Campbell will make his way to Christchurch this weekend for the launch of the new colour scheme for the coming season. Chief Pit Crew, Blaine Blythe, was given a blank canvas to work on over the off season to deliver something special for Campbell to race this season. Campbell has no idea what the car looks like and a party of around 60 people have been invited to witness Blains work of art. We will have photos of the car uploaded after the reveal. Campbell has been mentally preparing himself for the driving duties this season and was noted as saying that he will not go through 7 right fronts this season. McManaway went on to say that believes he has the goods this year as Jack Cornett has delivered a motor not like last seasons powerful beast. Cornett had watched several videos of McManaway racing over last season and identified some things with the engine that he could improve on. Team McManaway preferred to do the off season rebuild themselves instead of sending it down to the chassis builder, as they felt that they could get to know the car inside out if they pulled it down and rebuilt the whole machine. Campbells dedicated crew have put in 150% this off season and is said to be excited about what they have done to the car. Dont forget to get people liking this page as once we get to 1000 likes we will be giving away a prize pack consisting of one team shirt from last season, a stubble holder, a cap and a signed poster..... More to come during the weekend
