The day that we cease the ministry of asking is the day we cease to experience the joy of receiving. No great move of the Spirit has ever been birthed or sustained without the ministry of contending prayer. But we have Christs promise made sure: If you ask anything in my name it will be given you that the Father may be glorified... This is the joy of intercession, the Bridegroom to Whom we petition and the sure answer to our prayers.
