The death this weekend of Eric The Actor Lynch is the first death - TopicsExpress

The death this weekend of Eric The Actor Lynch is the first death of a popular figure to affect me in a long time. I enjoyed hours of entertainment Eric provided with his honesty, his fight and his occasional naiveté in his on-air calls to The Howard Stern Show. He showed determination and openness this year when he shared the seriousness of a possible upcoming medical procedure with Sterns audience. In what has turned out to have been his last appearance on the show, just last week Eric gave tribute to a decade with his caregiver, who was to leave Eric this weekend to move away and care for his own parents. Because of that, Erics parents were going to step back in to the caregiving role. Eric had always described his parents as very protective. Im sure today they would give anything to have had the chance to care for their boy once again. I think Im the only Stern fan on my own page so Ill get crickets on this one...but my heart is with Erics parents tonight. Eric advocated for himself like only he could. He made his own name in Hollywood, insisting on being known for his success in show business above anything else. I salute Eric The Actor. (I picked this article because I like the photo of Eric. His death has been covered widely today by show business news websites including Variety, Extra and E! Online.) dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2764593/Howard-Stern-Show-star-Eric-The-Actor-dead-age-39.html
