The debate and many crazy ideas on immigration reform goes on. Here is my crazy idea. A majority of illegal immigrants pay criminals substantial amounts of money to get them across the border and into the United States. Some are robbed, abandoned in remote areas, or murdered. The United States economy is trashed. Huge debt. So why not let these illegal immigrants come to a point of entry and pay a couple of thousand dollars to enter the United States? Buses or cabs will be available, for a nominal fee, to take them as far as the first city with a population of 75,000 or more. From that point they are on their own. Since they are illegal immigrants the can still be detained and deported back to the foreign side of their entry point. A small fine and then they are free to go. If they want to and have the money, they can turn right around and pay again to enter the United States. This could bring in billions of dollars. Plus if a transport coyote is caught transporting illegal immigrants inside the United States they will be immediately executed. The immigrants will be deported and given instructions on how to properly enter the United States. See I told you this is a crazy idea but I didnt sleep and have a pounding headache.
