The decomposing clothless body of Elisa Lam floated inside a water tank on the roof of the Cecil Hotel while guests brushed their teeth, bathed and drank water from it for as long as 19 days. There were complaints about black water and there are videos of the tap water on the internet. Hundreds of hotel guests used the water. Before her mysterious death, a lift camera captured her acting odd. According to CNN she was hiding from some one, a body language expert thinks she was flirting with some one outside the view of the camera and according to some blogs it is a classic example of paranormal activity. People on the internet think this because she is not only acting weird, also the lift doors open en close for no reason. The hotel is notorious because of several suicides and satanic meetings in the 50s and 60s as well. My theory is that the girl is just playing with the movement sensor of the lift by hiding in several corners and moving with her arms. In the last seconds of the video you dont see a different floor, it is the same floor. The background is red because she turned on the light, probably to test if it would affect the sensor.
