The deep covered baker has been in action again today. Roast chicken with thyme and garlic - baked for the first 50 mins with the lid on, then another 30 mins with the lid off. Roast potatoes done on the stoneware medium bar pan and roast parsnips in the square baker went with this, plus some boiled carrots and French beans. Stoneware is great for roasts! There is 20% off stoneware in January and I am putting an order in next week, so let me know if you would like anything!
