The defendant requests the report to authorities made by thomas dean(1) after being informed the city is adding a chemical waste to the water. As well to prove good standing with the laws the grand jurors cannot be giving their children polluted water that is overdoing, assaulting their children. The defendant respectfully requests the information regarding the possible criminals in the grand jury to establish a fair defense to his jurisdiction demand! On or about December 3rd 2012 after going to a dentist and requesting a prescription for 800 fluoride pills to take on vacation where they didnt have fluoride so I could bath in the same like amount of fluoride that the city adds the dentist called the police cause thats enough to kill someone on the CAD report it lists where I was told I couldnt go to the dentist and ask them for fluoride. The defendant is reminding and informing all partys that represent the law. The defendant is putting all on notice that if giving any one this polluted water is a crime and it is several crimes cannot try a person for petitioning its government to stop poisoning and murdering its citizens. The defendant’s needs this court to be aware that this information was provided to the city and the law enforcement individuals that were involved with my arrest were never challenged as to this issue because of the ill representation from Randy Lucas that while representing me lied about several things. This court cannot have jurisdiction over me while the individuals are breaking state laws and violating their oath as an attorney that are no prosecuting me for charges the arresting officer verified I did nothing wrong. To have a proper defense for my jurisdiction issue I need this information.
