The defense team in Jodi Ariass retrial are asking, again, that the death penalty be taken off the table. The Arizona Court of Appeals vacated Judge Stephenss order closing the courtroom for the first defense witness, Jodi Arias. The defense says that Arias cannot put on a complete defense because three witnesses are refusing to testify in open court: a former boyfriend, a former co-worker, and a man who knew Travis. It sounds like Arias could be back on the stand soon.
