The definition of insanity... Turn your oven on high. Wait two min, now put your hand on top of it. Did it burn? Well, what do you think would happen if you did it again in 5min? What do you think would happen if you did it again tomorrow? What about the day after that? What about two years from now? It doesnt take a genius to figure out that your hand will get burned EVERY time you stick it onto a hot surface... I know a lot of people that are involved in what I refer to as toxic relationships. Every time we talk they have the SAME story about how BAD their relationship is and how unhappy they are. Its funny because I remember when I was a young man involved in a toxic relationship, Id always call my mom whining and crying about how unhappy I was. I just remember her saying, You must like it. Youre still there. Those words rang in my head for months before I finally changed my situation. My point is this, if you are involved in a toxic relationship (whether its at work at home), then you are no different than if you were to continually stick your hand onto that hot oven every day. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting different results. A lot of yall probably didnt hear me, so Ill say it like this: If you continue to remain in a situation where it is evident that no change is going to occur, then you deserve a check. Because there is no way in the world you should continue living your life in misery when God called us to be conquerors! Get your hand off of the oven and enjoy not only your day, but enjoy your life... and let the church say Amen! --Mr. Klean Kut Himself--
