The delegates were hand picked from professional and socio-cultural groups yet the largest socio cultural group Association of the Poor has no single delegate to the conference, so who will represent them since they constitute 80% of the population? The fact that the youths who are expected to implement whatever resolutions reached at the conference were short changed raised serious questions about the sincerity of the conference.-Bar.
