The demonic spirits of religion and spirits of control are running amuck in our churches today. Watch for a pastor, and leadership, who wont accept words of correction or direction from the Saints (congregation). You will see leadership surround the pastors like wagons circling, and a defensive spirit will arise to attack if any words are spoken that threaten their authority or position. Situations like this are all too common because we have allowed pastors to mount a pedestal. God is about ready to remove those pastors who refuse to step down off the pedestal and join the Saints. God IS the Great Equalizer! The Church will not be able to advance until those leaders are brought to their knees.
