The department of fishing game has known of the situation for awhile and has been trying to come up with a plan but since people dont understand to leave the wildlife alone it not going to be a easy task to capture the bird since people think its okay to feed it and now it is not afraid of humans. On top it has to be netted not trapped... So with netting a bird its going to be a one chance shot and taking into other things going on and not putting anyone in danger
