The design of SFI compensation plan is such that, you will many income streams if you do not concentrate on team building 1. TC Executive Pool: As per the compensation plan, you can gent huge amount of the executive pool bonus by building team up to 12 levels. But if you only concentrate on sales, you will miss this completely. 2. Without building team you can never be a TL. If you miss that, you can never get those valuable 2nd home CSAs when distributed. That will be another set back for you. 3. Building a good team will give you many PSAs with Wave 3 membership. This will increase your chance to win Wave 3 draw every week. 4. Also you will find it very difficult to rank among the top sponsor leadership board if you do not concentrate on Team building. 5. Team building will earn money for you when you will not be able to work as much as you are doing in SFI. This builds residual income for you not sales.
