The devil caught me with my head down and thought he was winning. Until I looked up, smiled, and said Amen. Alot of things have changed in my favor since I have accepted a higher power. I wont bore you with anymore religeous posts, but my progression is a testiment of my current and ongoing state of mind, and honestly my inner faith is only about 5% of that. But, its the 5% I needed to maintain a consistant flow of positive energy and receptive attitude to what goes on around me. Im certainly no saint, by any means. And to many of you, I may just be talking out of my ass. But, an extra film of non-essential bullshit and meaningless details that I paid attention to before has been removed from my vision because I honestly dont care to waste time on things that could set me back. Trust me, Ive hit enough rockbottoms to know that certain miniscule things that I never paid attention to before, were the same things that caused me to veer off my path and hit a tree, so to speak. And Im not saying that I dont like to have fun and have a me night and maybe drink with the friends. The key is not to get stuck and flip fun days into fun weeks. And thats not for everyone. My bestfriend could drink everyday and still maintain a business schedule and mindset. I, unfortunately, cant do that at all. Lol. I have to schedule days for all business and days for hanging out.
