Hungry ghost festival in Malaysia fall on 21.August.2013.(wednesday).It is a belief to many chinese that the gates of hell is open on this day and such hungry ghosts/spirits will roam the earth to look for "food to eat".You will see many chinese,burn incense and offer food /drink to these "hungry ghosts" on eve of the night to appease the ghosts not to harm them.On the same day,37 died when a bus plunged in to a ravine while on the way back to kuala lumpur from Genting higland.We know that such ghosts are evil spirits and they will not be satisfied by simply being worship and offered food.These ghost will crave for souls sacrifice and its a sad day when I heard this news yesterday.The devil come to kill and destroy the "souls"of men.
