The difference being an anxious and a secure attacher is relationship or love tends to be painful for an anxious. A secure knows how to detach him/herself and turns his/her attraction off for a wrong person. It never gets to the point of no return anxious attachers often find themselves in. So what I teach in my method is actually to turn yourself into a secure cause its the only way you can stay away from emotional storms common in romance.
