The difference between a conservative and a liberal changing a light bulb. A conservative will spend $1 on the bulb and change it in less than 5 minutes. A liberal will spend $10 million dollars and it will take 6 months to a year. The will have to appoint a committee to study the price of the bulb. Another committee to study the light socket. Another committee to study the light switch. And a finale committee to study if it should be done by a citizen or an undocumented citizen to change it.
