This very informative and interesting article fell across my desktop today and naturally it piqued my interest given my sometimes, vocal disapproval of quick fix solutions. I didnt go looking for it to prove any points...it came to me. You can choose to read it....or not. You can form your own opinions based on what you read, as I did. Ill keep my opinion to myself, but stand firm in my beliefs. There is a passage that I want to highlight from the author that I very much agree with.... If these products have worked for you, thats great. I wouldnt advise them to anybody in the long-term, but if they helped you achieve your short-term goals and develop healthy habits, the more power to you. Real food, real health, real results. Knowledge is power. :)
