The different things between a true leader and a trying hard to be one: 1. A true leader dont blame his team for their shortcomings. A trying hard leader always look at weakness points trying to prove that the leader knows it all. 2. A true leader recognizes the hardwork of his troop thus every achievement given to the leader is considered to be the achievement of the whole team. A trying hard leader proudly walks in front of the crowd as if saying "if its not with my efforts this group is nowhere to be found." 3. A true leader listens to his team: open for suggestions, reactions, or anything that will make the team better. A trying hard leader will just impose plans, projects, things that must be accomplish and the members must obey to follow. Why? Because the leader says so. We see them everyday, we listen to them maybe every minute but the big question is. Are you following the right leaders? If you want to be in a better organization know your leaders well.
