The dilemma of being a Kenyan entrepreneur. If you price your products or services high, consumers consumers run away from your business citing extortion. When you match the competition, they still want you to go low without comprising on quality apparently because you are young in the industry with "few" over heads. If you fix your prices lower than the competition, majority of your clients will shun your business and say that you are selling fake or substandard. Finally when you make the mistake of giving them on credit, you loose them completely.
