The dish I am posting is Cheese Tomato Pasta , the recipe for which I got from my Sister-in-Law Chitralekha Nag some years back . Kids love this dish and always ask for more. Cheese Tomato Pasta Ingredients 250gms Del Monte Pasta (any shape any size) 1 glass of milk 3/4th tin of cheese 1 small bowl Tomato Puree Garlic paste 1 tsp Crushed pepper as per taste Salt as per taste. Method :- Boil 2 litres of water add salt and pasta to it. Let the Pasta boil for 10-12 minutes in the boiling water. Drain and keep aside. Heat a little oil in a kadai Add to it garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 seconds. Add milk, puree and cheese and bring the mixture to boil. Add boiled pasta and salt to the boiled mixture and mix well. Add crushed pepper and mix well. Serve hot .
