The distribution system for relief goods: 1. Coordinators are briefed on how to get the masterlist; masterlist only includes persons/families who have actual residence in the barangay 2. Coordinators will prepare tickets based on the masterlist and sign them 3. Coordinators will submit the masterlist and tickets to the core group 4. Core group will check tickets and masterlist only for numerical accuracy for this time. 5. Core group will prepare the distribution table showing the grouping of barangays per parish, number of families/HH and indicators on whether goods have been segregated, loaded and distributed 6. Volunteers will segregate the repacked goods based on number of families and label the same as to which barangay. 7. Logistics will prepare the route plan. 8. Goods segregated will be checked by the youth coordinators and loaded in the truck. 9. Youth coordinators will work together with the barangay coordinator in the distribution to check the accurateness of the masterlist. Relief goods distributed are received by the recipient by signing on the masterlist. 10. Youth coordinator will report number of packs distributed to the barangay and any other issues encountered for future reference. 11. Core group together with the coordinators and volunteers will resolve all issues presented. 12. Core group to complete report on the distribution. Efforts to make sure that masterlists are accurate are being continued up to this point with independent verification being done by our youth coordinators. Burublig para ha Tanauan. #tindogTanauan
