The diversity of risks in triathlon makes it a more challenging sport and a few humps and bumps is a norm. May this be a learning lesson not only for me but for others to always be on your guard. Had a bike crash today morning while cycling when I lost my balance while the other hand was busy on my bike pouch. Thanks to the swift response of riding buddies who made sure I get immediate first aid. Thank you guys for attending to me so efficiently. I had my tests and doctor’s check and found nothing to be worried about except that I suffered some bruises and swelling of affected area. Thank you Jaynald, Dondie, Jeff for the efforts. Shame our ride was spoiled. Anyway, I should be ready to bike again. Let’s ride aye?! :)
