The doctor said it would take time but because I was fit going into surgery my body would remember. My body did remember but more importantly my spirit remembered all God had brought me through. Hitting reset for a runner is HARD. Starting with being out of breath doing 1 mile when you could easily run 6 is humbling but GOD Excuse me while I get my serious praise on this week as I close in on run number 100. The road has been rough.....but GOD. RUN#98 4.07 miles
