The doctors figured out what is causing the fevers and tummy aches. It seems that an opportunistic bacteria lodge itself in Marianas intestines. They believe that the large amount of broad spectrum antibiotics killed the normal flora of her intestines and this allowed the opportunistic bacteria to grow. Now that they know how to treat her, the drs believe that she will start to get better in a couple of days. We are going to take this as good news. At least we have a plan of action.
