The donation from the Hixson, TN couple will be used to create a cuddle sprout for a lady with Alzheimers who is unable to communicate effectively but is still active. According to her family, she loved children and babies and was always full of energy. Her son says that she rocks and smiles at her hard plastic doll, giving him hugs/kisses and holds him up to the window to see outside. He would love to see how she would react to the life-like Gigibean sprout and if cuddle therapy could bring back some of those lost feelings/memories to comfort her.
