The down side of being single. Having so many friends who you genuinely love that are non single. I would love to spend time with some people.( do people even do that any more?) Without the jealousy and insecurities of partners. Its sad that people think when they are seeing someone that is the only person they are allowed to love and see. It doesnt work that way. If you really want a healthy relationship you should both have friends solely and together. Time should be spent bonding with others, not just each other. This is a sure way to a failure of a relationship. The freedom to love is important to all of us. Stop and think of how many people you actually love. When you become so embedded in one another and do not socialize outside the relationship. It can actually drive those to seek emotional relationships outside their personal one. Posseviness and jealousy are not love . Its ownership. We are not commodities. We are human. I love so many of my friends. I do not ever get to see them. To hug them is barley an option. For those of you that I know and love that are rooted, settled down and locked down by your life and relationship, I miss you. If I could I would hug you, kiss your cheek, tell you I love you and make you meals:-) it is something I wish I had the opportunity to do once and a while. I have only had two visitors to my new place. They were not even friends from the past, they are new ones. This is an open invitation to all of my friends. I love you, come visit sometime:-) i still do that;-)
