The draconian BBC are to begin taxing people who neither own nor view television. It is proposed that every UK household should be charged the BBC program TAX even it seems those who are deaf blind and dumb and people like myself who do not watch television because of my Epilepsy. It therefore seems that I shall be penalised for this by the BBC for being sick because I cannot watch BBC or television. I will nonetheless be required to pay this TAX that will be taken direct from source so we have no way to avoid it! I havent watched or owned a television for 12 years because I have a health problem exacerbated by TV notwithstanding that I do not agree with the FEE or the BBC gestapo who have on occasion attempted to gain entry to my home. Im already forced to live in the dark because allegedly Eco fluorescent lamps are compulsory yet nobody cares they trigger seizures and migraines for many of us. Time to leave the UK I think.
