The dreaded traffic stop: Tazadaq with Muur right knowledge So now you are worried that you got pulled over and the cop found a gun or some wed in your car. My question is why in the heck did he stop you? Did you commit some criminal act or was about to and he had reason to suspect that you were? I contend that the case can be thrown out on the premise that he had no probable cause to stop you. Case and point: “ A ‘person” driving an automobile cannot be stopped to see if he or she is licensed to driver unless there is reasonable suspicion the “person” has engaged in criminal conduct Delaware v Prouse (1979) 440 US 648, 59 Led 2d 660 Now go and apply it! Tazadaq and this is some information that you can apply if you know how to be a man.
