The duplex is nice where we want to move.. however.. there just isnt enough storage for my stuff..the kitchen is very tiny without a lot of cupboard room,Now this can be a deterrent.. the closets in the bedroom..havent any bars to hang cloths and not much shelving,,this can all be fixed.,, some idiot painted the garage black and cant even see in there.. that will have to get whitewashed soonest and adequate lighting in place..q..the phone jack is only in the kitchen.. not good for us puter users.. will have to pay to have more installed it looks like.the side yard and front yard are beautifully manicured..the back yard is weeds and crap.. however it will get all day sun..good for a garden eventually.Over all i am not that unhappy with it and there is no adjoining common wall between the two,except the garage,there are two decks one in front of one of the bedrooms and one outside the dining room area. The bedroom is like mine now,,with a sliding glass door. Good thing we have a frame already built for the AC unit to fit in there..lol
