The editorial cartoonists took a field trip from their San Francisco convention last week to Santa Rosa and the Charles M. Schulz Museum, a shrine to Peanuts and its creator. You enter through an arbor-like archway, after which you encounter statues of Peanuts characters hither and yon. They are all perfect for posing next to and getting your picture taken with (as I happily demonstrate). The Charlie Brown encased in scaffolding is called Charlie Brown Under Construction. Cute little Woodstock is everywhere.
