The education program at Old Mill Center including the Integrated Preschool, Relief Nursery Preschool, and the Relief Nursery Toddler program have achieved a five start rating with Oregons Quality Rating and Improvement System. Four locations across the state piloted the Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) program standards, supports, and incentives. These regions were prioritized based on their ability to include urban and rural programs and programs serving diverse populations and families with low incomes.
