The effects of guns in movies and tv shows always bother me. Especially when someone gets shot by the hero. The dont simply get shot and fall over from being dead. No, somehow, the force (and apparently the mass) of the bullet is amplified to the point where the target is thrown backwards. Even a shotgun wouldnt do that. Its elementary physics. The force leaving the gun can not exceed the force being pushed back into the person firing the weapon. Otherwise both the shooter and the target will be flying off the ground, and that would be silly. /rant
