The effort we see at No Bull from all of our Personal clients and Group Class clients is absolutely incredible...The amount of heart you guys train with is astonishing! Training hard to pack on bone density and lean body mass is the easy part though, the hard part is eating clean to lose body fat! Weight training can only take you so far - Your Nutrition will really set you apart and allow you to reach any and all goals you have...I will be writing up more nutrition plans for you guys over the next couple of weeks and emailing them out to you if youre on my email list (If you want to be on my email list email me: nobulltraining@yahoo) If you have the training part down but are struggling with the nutrition part here are a few simple tips that actually work: * Keep a detailed food journal (on paper) of what you eat, what time you eat it, the amount and what you drink - This creates awareness & accountability * Drink a full glass of water every morning the second you wake up - This will get your organs rocking and jump start your system * Prepare meals - This will save you from making bad choices * Avoid eating out - This will save you money and a lot of useless calories See you guys tomorrow 10AM!
