The election being over, here are some parting thoughts about the outcome of the election nationally and also some insight into the political bantering/fighting we have seen at the national level, and in this forum. There are some that wont be able to resist throwing the usual ad hominem attacks at this piece, but to others it may be worth actually reading. I would love to hear any thoughtful responses to this, and how it applies to how we all worked together in the last few weeks here, and how we think we can breach a divide in this country that is so apparent at every level - from Bethel, to Hartford, to DC and across the Globe.
