The employees of Mac Donalds had to make an ethical decision....it is not the employees of Mac Donalds fault but it is the owners fault for selling beef products to hindus. The employees do not decied what is to be sold at Mac Donalds. The main Franchise managenent decides what is to be sold and whether it contains beef or not...The original, head or main Mac Donalds (which is in overseas) give a certain recipe to the Mac Donalds in Fiji so that Mac Donald products are to a certain standard. The owner of Mac Donalds in Fiji is to decide what ingregiants it is going to use i.e. whether it contains Beef or not.
